Slavic Massage ™ Course

Slavic Massage™ is a 2-day hands-on intensive masterclass, including one hour of history relating to its development. Through its use of visualisation, gentle stretches, diagonal, circular, figure of eight and rhythmical movements, this deceptively simple massage is highly effective and extremely powerful both physically and emotionally.  These techniques are safe and extremely pleasurable for both the giver and the receiver. It is a smooth flowing and hypnotic massage, inducing deep relaxation - it's a sensory experience.

These nurturing massage techniques have developed and evolved over thousands of years spreading through Central Asia with the rise of Genghis Khan and the spread of the Mongolian Empire.  It was born through the sophisticated grooming techniques of these famous horse nations combined with the gentle massage of grandmothers on their grandchildren.  As this form of massage has evolved over such a great span of time, it is not only extremely effective for the receiver but also prevents injury to the giver.

Slavic massage is licensed by Fragrant Studies and was introduced into the UK by Jan Kusmirek, one of the world's leading Aromatherapists, as the original classical aromatherapy massage. Although ideally suited for aromatherapy, it can also be performed very effectively by those who are not qualified in aromatherapy.

Slavic Massage ™ Advanced Course

A 2-day intensive practical for those therapists qualified in Slavic Massage™.  This 2-day workshop will introduce a much wider spectrum of moves allowing the therapist to design their own unique treatment.
